PHASE 3 SELLING QUICKLY

Building Lots are now for sale in Phase 2 and deposits will be accepted for Phase 3 with the understanding that the roads to the cul-de-sacs  in Phase 3 will not be completed until Phase 2 is almost sold out.

UPDATE May 10,2010: Road construction will be commencing very soon for both cul-de-sacs. Deposits are being accepted now to secure your lot.

UPDATE: Completed and passed by Government Services.

We are currently initiating an engineering study consisting of soil sampling and water table analysis as required for any subdivision development by Government Services. This study will be of a 3 month minimum duration with the results to be interpreted by Government Services. It is possible that Government Services will require additional monitoring therefore delaying the anticipated start of road construction.

UPDATE: Road construction phase 2 finished and paved.

Paving will be completed during the period of November 18-20th.  During the paving of the extension to Tamarack Drive, the road will be closed to all vehicle traffic for 2-3 days to accommodate this process. All contractors or land owners actively building in the area at that time will receive prior notification to accommodate this scheduled disruption.

We require a $1000 deposit for Phase 2 with the transaction completed within 3 weeks from initial agreement. $5000 deposit is required to secure your chosen lot in Phase 3.  The deposit is non-refundable.We will necessitate that the Purchaser has inspected the property and has reviewed and accepted the complete list of restrictive covenants associated with same. A signed agreement accepting these same conditions will also be required at the time of deposit acceptance.

The Purchasers will be required to have all Town permits in place prior to any commencement of excavation.
